This home has smart home features, including Nest
thermostats, a Ring doorbell, and solar panels to help lower
electricity costs. Blinds will be installed throughout the entire
home. Owner will be installing trees and
concrete in the backyard within the first 6 months of tenancy. Solar
panels will be activated within first 6 months of tenancy as well.
Owner is willing to work with pets on a case by case basis depending
on the strength of the application.

Deposit:

The refundable security deposit is increased by the amount of the pet fee. RNB does NOT collect a separate pet deposit. Some properties will require pet rent instead of an increased deposit.

Application Process:

First come, first qualified, first served. Processing takes on average 5-7 business days. Once the screening is complete, we will notify you. Your place in line can only be confirmed 24 hours after submission. Please submit only one application per person. You can apply your application to only ONE property at a time. Each RNB office is independently owned and operated, and applications cannot be transferred from office to office. Section 8: If an applicant applies for a home with more bedrooms than their voucher permits, the property owner has the right to deny the application based on this discrepancy.
